OUR PAST PROJECTS:

C M Condos has successfully completed three projects in Wellawatta, Sri Lanka namely,

• Luxmy Court 01, 59, W.A.Silva Mawatha, Colombo 06 comprising 30 units in 7 levels.
• Luxmy Court 02, Ebenizer place. Colombo 06 comprising 28 units in 7 levels
• Luxmy Court 03, 7/8, Harmers Avenue Colombo 06, comprising 26 units in 7 levels.

OUR ON GOING PROJECTS:

Further it is in the verge of progressing with two major projects in heart of Dehiwala city, with scenic ocean view with a range of impressive features and facilities.

Windsor Tower:

4th Project of C M Condos comprising 48 units in 08 levels located in 37, Windsor Avenue, Dehiwala , which will be ready for occupation in 2012 for its valued clients. This is very close to sea and have a close view of same giving a leisure life. There are very few units available for booking.

City Tower:
